What happened on that day, on that hillside, was that people were called in to be partakers of the nature of God—to produce a sacrifice, an offering, that was then multiplied to become more than enough. The very simple act of offering ‘my little sack lunch’ became a moment in time where we have encapsulated the very nature of God—and he’s calling for us to join in with that, for him to revive us and restore the very image that he intended to be for all of creation, from the beginning of time.
