This coming Sunday morning August 18 I am honored to have a relatively new friend with us, Brad Schneeflock. Brad is relatively new to the Northwest as he moved here with his family over a year ago from Arizona to lead a collegiate outreach ministry in the Puget Sound Region. He led a great collegiate ministry outreach in Arizona for years, but now brings his expertise and experience to our area. This is of special interest to us at LifeWay because of our past experiences at both Green River Community College and Highline Community College. I will be in the service this weekend and I will be introducing him to our congregation, but I felt it would be someone our church would like to know as well as hear of the ministry he is involved in. He will be walking through the ‘promises of God’ series we have talked through summer, but he will tie it to the mission ministry in our region.
During our service you will also get a wonderful chance to hear a report from some of our Panama Mission team. It was such a powerful experience in Panama we will get to hear from some of them this Sunday, and the rest of them next Sunday. I can’t wait to hear firsthand of the experiences.
